Fizzy Carbonated drinks

Because of delicious taste and fragrance, everyone loves to drink carbonated drink with some fast food or during meals. There are several types of carbonated water that includes club soda, zero sugar coke and diet coke which is definitely not a diet coke, it contains artificial sweeteners which are more harmful than the regular coke.
These all drinks contain very high amount of sugar, artificial sweeteners, sodium, caffeine, etc. Which triggers your taste buds, damages enamel of teeth and causes decay, spikes up insulin levels, increases risk of heart diseases, weight gain and the worst thing-they are super addictive.

- Flavored tea
Refined flour

Refined flour is prepared by finely milling wheat which is poor in fibre, protein and other nutrients. It includes pizza, pasta and all the baked goodies-pancakes, pastries and muffins.
This flour has simple carbohydrates which break down in your body as simple sugar and quickly increases your energy and insulin levels. It causes type 2 diabetes, non alcoholic fatty liver, indigestion and weight gain.

- Whole wheat flour
- Buckwheat flour
- Oat flour
- Quinoa flour
Canned food items

We often see supermarkets shelf staked with canned food items. Now a days, different vegetables, fruits and beans are packed in canes. These canes are made up of Aluminium and contains bisphenol A (BPA) which prevents aluminium cane from corrosion and bacterial contamination.
For the better shelf life, these cane foods are intoxicated with preservatives, additives, sodium and sugar which prevents oxidation and keeps food unspoiled as well as edible for longer. These preservatives has side effects like cancer, allergic reactions, hyperactive behavior and of course high amount of sodium and sugar are linked to heart disorders and diabetes.

- Raw beans and lentils
Energy drinks

It promises you to get you going and give you wings. Energy drinks contain high amount of caffeine and stimulants which keep you energized with compromising normal chemical state of the body. There is no known benefit of having an energy drink but many proven side effects.
A stimulant increases your blood pressure causing tachycardia, type 2 diabetes, nervousness, muscle weakness, chest pain, constipation, makes you dehydrated and more anxious.

- Coconut water
- Fresh juice
- Green tea
- Mild black coffee
Red meat

Red meat is high in cholesterol and saturated fats which increases risk of elevated LDL levels in blood, obesity, atherosclerosis, gout and heart attack. Red meat includes beef, pork, lamb, mutton, etc. People who eat red meat are at higher risk of having colon caner.

- Tofu
- Tempeh
- Soya chunks
